Six questions about your business. You get an Exit Readiness Score, the range buyers would likely pay for a business like yours, and the exact gaps to close first.

Your score
Where you stand on the five things every buyer checks.
A value range
What businesses at your size and readiness typically sell for.
Your first three moves
Named, in order, so you know what to do Monday morning.
No account, no obligation, and nothing gets listed. You have earned the right to look before you leap.
Most owners we talk to have run their business 15 to 30 years and have never sold one. The ones who get a fair number were not luckier. They prepared earlier. This tells you how much preparing you have left.

Common questions

What does the Exit Readiness Score measure?

Five things every buyer checks: whether you know your owner earnings, the state of your financial records, how much the business depends on you, how well the paperwork is documented, and your timeline. Each is scored out of 20.

Is the value range an appraisal?

No. It is a directional range built from your revenue band and your readiness score. Organized financials and lower owner dependence move the top of the range more than anything else. A verified valuation is one of the three moves the results recommend.

Do I need an account to take it?

No. The quiz is free and nothing gets listed. We ask for your name, email and phone before showing the full breakdown so we can send you a copy.
