What it feels like"The asking price is more than I have. I assumed that ends it."
DealBrain by Biz Checkout · AI deal coach
DealBrain is a private deal coach for anyone thinking about buying a small business. Answer 6 quick questions and get a free read in about 2 minutes: what you might pay out of pocket, how the price could be covered, and whether the business can carry the debt after you get paid.
Free preview. Then $299 per deal, one time, if you want the full read. Not a subscription.
Estimates only. Not a loan offer, and not legal, tax, or financial advice.
Most people who want to buy a business stall in the same four places. DealBrain was built for that gap, and it is built first for people doing this for the first time.
What it feels like"The asking price is more than I have. I assumed that ends it."
What it feels like"I have never done a deal. I don't know what a fair price is or what to ask."
What it feels like"Buyers have lawyers, lenders, and accountants. I have a browser."
What it feels like"Equipment loans, seller notes, coverage ratios. I don't know how the pieces fit."
Pick a business. Open any listing on Biz Checkout and tap the DealBrain card, or enter a business you found somewhere else: name, type, city, asking price, and yearly cash flow if you have it. You can also paste what the seller sent you.
Answer 6 quick questions about you. Your rough credit range (we never pull your credit), the cash you could put in, the pay you'd want from the business, your plan for your current job, whether you have a partner, and whether you already own a business or an LLC.
Get your free preview. An estimated out-of-pocket range, how the price could be covered, monthly profit against estimated debt, coverage after you get paid, a fair-price check, and a deal score out of 100.
Keep going if the deal is worth it. Unlock the full read on that one deal for ongoing coaching, document scan, and draft offer documents.
If the asking price or cash flow is missing, DealBrain stops and helps you get the number. It does not make one up.
The $299 is per deal and one time. It is separate from the Starter, Premium, and Pro plans.
DealBrain does not start with an SBA loan and your savings. It works through the money in this order:
Cash and what the business can raise. Extra cash already in the business, and loans against its equipment and inventory through Murr Capital lenders.
Business credit and partners. Credit under your new company when your credit is ready, and a partner if you have one. Business credit often needs a personal guarantee, promo rates end, and the balance has to be paid from the business's cash flow, so DealBrain only counts it when the numbers can carry it.
A seller note, only for what is left. Sized to the gap, not to a preset percentage, and only once the seller has said what they will accept.
SBA last. DealBrain checks SBA eligibility as a last resort. An SBA loan needs a cash down payment, so it is not a low-cash path.
Whether any of this works depends on the business, the seller, and the lender. DealBrain shows you the path to ask about. It does not promise one.
Any signed-in Biz Checkout account can use it. On your own listing, you won't see it.
The preview is free. If you want ongoing coaching, document scan, and draft documents on a deal, it is $299 per deal, one time. Not a subscription.
